Old family photos scanned, printed as digital negatives, printed in Platinum/Palladium, then hand colored with pencil.
At first I was disappointed to discover that oil paint didn't work with the combination of the Platinum process and my paper choice (Cranes). In the end, though, I think I overcame by hesitation about working with colored pencils and that the prints turned out ok. I'm currently experimenting with different paper options, including some that would potentially let me watercolor over platinum.
